Trophy: Legal owners conditions of taking over signed agreement/awards
(A) If a Competition be discontinued for any reason a trophy or any other presentation shall be returned to the Donor if the conditions attached to it so provide or, if not, dealt with as the sanctioning Association may decide. At the close of each Competition awards may be made to the winners and runners-up if the funds of the 'League' permit.
The following agreement shall be signed on behalf of the winners of the Cup or Trophy:-
"We (A)_________________and (B)______________________, the Chairman and Secretary of ________________________FC, members of and representing the Club, having been declared winners of _____________________Cup or Trophy, and it having been delivered to us by the 'League', do hereby on behalf of the Club jointly and severally agree to return the Cup or Trophy to the 'League' General Secretary on or before 28th February. If the Cup or Trophy is lost or damaged whilst under our care we agree to refund to the 'League' the amount of its current value or the cost of its thorough repair."
(B) A team not competing in the 'League' must return the trophy within seven days of request.
(C) The winning Club shall be responsible for its name to be engraved on the trophy before being returned.
(D) Awards to Division Champions shall be made at the discretion of the management Committee.
(E) In addition to the trophy for the Division, the 'League' may award ten momentoes to the players of the 7-a-side competition,12 momentoes of the 9-a-side, and fourteen momentoes to the players of the 11-a-side competition.
(F) Clubs may purchase through the 'League', extra trophies for players who are registered with the respective team.
